The Legal Challenges don’t end………..
The information below was published in the Federal Register May 15th and was distributed yesterday. This is a new US Fish and Wildlife proposal to reduce more beach access permanently and convert the areas described in NC 1 through NC 6 into permanent closures like on Pea Island. This is another attempt which failed in their lawsuit, and was won by CHAPA.
