Re: VA RFAB Meeting July 14th
The RFAB meets on July 14th at 7 pm for a regular meeting, but in the afternoon, before they begin their formal meeting, there is scheduled a "workshop" , hopefully in a round-table like setting , with everyone attending, sitting in a circle, giving each an opportunity to comment and make suggestions.

There are about 5 recreational anglers , all from the Peninsula who plan to attend.   They have already notified sonja Davis that they plan to attend.  There are 15 recreational angling clubs in VA and the only ones committed are from the Peninsula, because it is convenient.?

This is a big issue and I do not want Clubs to complain that they did not know this was coming down the pike !

Please, Mr. PResident of angling club...either you come to this meeting at VMRC on July 14 at 5:30 , or pick up the telephone and find someone in your club who will be there , participate, and then get each Club involoved, bring home a report and have it published in your local fish club newsletter.

It is embarrassing to talk to VMRC about how important a license fee increase , or a change in rules is and yet no one is interested enough to help VMRC formulate the rule or the license program.

You are the leaders of your Fishing Club...demand that your Club participate ...locate a representative and be sure he comes.  Call Sonya DAvis or e-mail her that you will have a rep there.
