Hate em.  The only reason there are so many is the Chinese killed all the sharks that eat the damn rays.  There was an article about it in the VA Pilot this morning, they are eating all the scallops, clams, and oysters.  This isn't the first we have heard about it but damn, they are everywhere these days.   I'm going to start killing them and eating them.  The cownose ray AKA 'West Virginia flounder'.

When Harrison's pier was still Harrison's pier, I was able to see this type of activity once.  It was pretty cool.  Though I think they were skates.
